Food Allergens Workshop for Food Producers 25/9/2015
The Local Enterprise Office Kildare is running a free one to one food allergens advice clinic in our office on the 25th September 2015. This clinic is aimed at owner/managers of food manufacturing/processing companies who have queries in relation to EU food regulations.
Under EU food regulations 14 specified food allergens must be declared on the label of pre packed foods.
